A Holden VE Commodore RVC (Regulated Voltage Control) system should sit around 12.4 volts on a good day but can vary between 12.6v to 16v. Anything 11.9 volts or lower is generally not good. You may not be able to start the car or you have issues with modules trigging a check engine light.
You can check the Battery Voltage by accessing Engineering Mode.
A low battery voltage can cause an ABS Fault or Airbag Fault Light due to insufficient voltage to these systems.
I have had the cruise control also not function after starting the car with a low battery voltage.
